Ragged Victorians 1

Posted by
Doug (Burnham-on-Sea, United Kingdom) on 20 June 2014 in People & Portrait and Portfolio.

This is the first of a few shots I took of members of this group who attended the re-enactment weekend at Caldicott Castle Nige and I attended. They are a brilliant group of characters who bring some of the darker side of early Victorian life alive. If you want to know more their website is at www.raggedvictorians.co.uk

Canon EOS 60D 1/250 second F/5.6 ISO 200 37 mm

Making an effort to return to AM3 after a bit of an absence, it's really nice to see photo's from all contributors and I will try to comment when I can. If I offer criticism I do so only to help and I do not wish to cause offence. My photography tends to be from my travels, as well as my passion which is wildlife and landscape. I hope you enjoy what you see.
Thanks for your comments I'm really grateful for them and welcome constructive feedback.

These look like as if they had escaped from the pages of history. Turku will soon medieval market, which will be presented during the Middle Ages describing the plays. Old times describe the plays and other events are a nice way to explore history.
