Golitha Falls 4 of 4

Posted by
Doug (Burnham-on-Sea, United Kingdom) on 1 April 2013 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

This is a National Nature Reserve on the southern edge of Bodmin Moor in Cornwall. The river Fowey flows through this wooded area in a series of beautiful natural cascades.
I thought I'd put this one up for all those who really don't like the misty waters !

Making an effort to return to AM3 after a bit of an absence, it's really nice to see photo's from all contributors and I will try to comment when I can. If I offer criticism I do so only to help and I do not wish to cause offence. My photography tends to be from my travels, as well as my passion which is wildlife and landscape. I hope you enjoy what you see.
Thanks for your comments I'm really grateful for them and welcome constructive feedback.

I like the misty waters, but I also like this... captures nature "in the raw" if that makes sense

There is so much colour and vibrancy even in this shady setting and I love the water here too - I am not so picky - I liked yesterdays but I also like this one ...I think the water exposure works best in a variety of ways..all depends on the light, the setting, and most importantly how you feel at the time ;-) ..I LOVE this one Doug :-)

I like this shot that is closer to what we'd see when standing by the stream.
The size of the streams appeals in all the shots, but this one is very good in a different way.
