Upside Down

Posted by
Doug (Burnham-on-Sea, United Kingdom) on 6 June 2012 in Miscellaneous and Portfolio.

I spotted this little trike in a rhine (Somerset for irrigation ditch) and thought it made an interesting image.

Canon EOS 500D 1/320 second F/11.0 ISO 100 300 mm

Making an effort to return to AM3 after a bit of an absence, it's really nice to see photo's from all contributors and I will try to comment when I can. If I offer criticism I do so only to help and I do not wish to cause offence. My photography tends to be from my travels, as well as my passion which is wildlife and landscape. I hope you enjoy what you see.
Thanks for your comments I'm really grateful for them and welcome constructive feedback.

These young drivers today - just don't appreciate how fast their vehicles can go and before you know it they've lost control on a bend and ended up flipped upside down in a ditch.

Oh wow! Excellent capture! The blue wheels certainly stand out against all that green. Perhaps the driver was operating their vehicle while under the influence of too much sugar? :)

A super find Doug... it makes for an unusual photo which is what makes it most interesting. It's unfortunate for the wee one now without a trike. The rainbow colors stand out nicely against the lichen. Tis a good one!
